1 Opening SAHAY
SAHAY lives inside your JS1 ERP app. You don't install anything new.
- Open the JS1 ERP app and log in as usual.
- From the main menu, tap SAHAY / AI Insights.
- The SAHAY home screen opens. It shows your queries left and prepares today's dashboard automatically.

Tip: Open SAHAY early in the morning. The first time you open it each day, it prepares the dashboard — give it a minute and it's ready.
2 Asking a question
This is the easiest part. Just ask, like you'd ask a smart staff member.
- On the SAHAY home, tap Open SAHAY (or pick Sales & Stock or Outstanding).
- Type your question, tap a ready-made question, or tap the microphone and speak.
- You can ask in English, Hindi or Gujarati. The answer appears in a few seconds.
Things you can ask (Sales & Stock):
- "Top 10 customers this month"
- "Which orders have pending dispatch?"
- "This year vs last year sales"
Things you can ask (Outstanding):
- "Which parties are at critical payment risk?"
- "Who should I stop supply to?"
- "Parties overdue more than 60 days"

Good to know: SAHAY answers about your sales, stock, orders, returns, purchases and outstanding. It will not answer about profit, margin or GST — that's by design. If it says it can't, rephrase or switch the mode.

3 The dashboard (in plain words)
The Sales Intelligence dashboard is prepared once a day. Open any card to drill in. Here's what each one tells you.
Sorts every item into Fast, Slow or Non-moving, and flags dead stock with the rupee value blocked. Use it to decide what to reorder and what to clear out.
Shows customers who are going quiet and gives you a "call today" list, with how many days since they last bought and how much they owe.
For any product, shows which colour and size combinations are hot, healthy, slowing or dead, and how many months of stock you have.
Agent performance with growth and discounts; state & city ranking on a map; and this year compared with the last three years.
A single 0–100 score with the top few things to act on today. Tap a priority and it takes you straight to that module.
A live 360° view of any single party — their stock, bookings, outstanding and trend — useful while taking an order.

Remember: the dashboard shows last night's data. For an up-to-the-minute view of one customer, use Party Scan.
4 Payments & reminders
The Accounts Intelligence area helps you collect money faster.
- Payment Risk: every party scored Critical / High / Medium / Low, with how much you can expect to collect and who to chase first.
- Follow-up Calendar: note a remark, a promised amount, and the next date to follow up — then mark it done.
- Outstanding Auto-Mailer (admin): e-mails outstanding statements to parties and agents automatically, on your schedule.
Before turning the Auto-Mailer on: keep Dry-Run ON and set a test e-mail first. Check the preview and the statement layout, then go live. Good customers can be excluded on the "Flag Good Clients" screen.

5 Queries & access
Each question you ask uses one "query." Your remaining queries are shown at the top of the SAHAY home.
- The dashboard may show only the top few rows on the free plan — the rest unlock on the paid plan.
- If you run out of queries, you'll see a message to contact JS1 Software to renew.

6 Common messages
SAHAY is switched off for your account. Contact JS1 Software to enable it.

Yes. SAHAY works on your own data and keeps it on your own server. The AI only sees your question and a limited, secure result — never your full records.
Yes — type or speak in English, Hindi or Gujarati. Amounts, dates and customer names always stay as they are.
The dashboard is prepared once a day (last night's data). Party Scan is live for a single customer.
No. The numbers in answers are calculated from your real data, not written by the AI — so a made-up figure isn't possible.
