Most businesses are live within a few days of signing up. Setup includes installing the server, configuring your data, and your first training session. We have done this many times — it is a smooth, well-practised process.

Your whole team. We train everyone who will use the software — billing staff, accounts, agents, whoever needs it. Real hands-on training, not just a video. If someone joins later, we train them too.

Data & security

On your own server — in your office or wherever you keep it. Your data never goes to our cloud or any third-party server. You own it completely. This is a deliberate design choice — we believe your business data should stay with you.

No. When you use SAHAY AI, only your question and a small, filtered result is sent to the AI — never your full database. JS1 Software as a company does not have access to your business records at any time.

The server going off means the app won't connect until it is back on — which is normal for any office server. For crashes, we guide you on regular backups so your data is always safe. Call us and we get it sorted quickly.

Yes. You can take a full backup of your database any time. We also help you set up automatic scheduled backups so it happens without you having to remember.

SAHAY AI

SAHAY AI is a business assistant built inside your JS1 app. You just ask it a question — like "which parties haven't paid in 60 days?" or "what stock is stuck this season?" — and it gives you the answer in seconds from your own ERP data. No reports to pull, no Excel, no waiting.

English and Hindi — by typing or by voice. Ask in whichever language feels natural. Customer names, amounts, and dates always stay exactly as they are in your ERP — nothing gets translated or changed.

No. Every number SAHAY shows comes directly from your real ERP data — the AI does not write numbers, it reads them. A made-up figure is not possible. If a question can't be answered from your data, SAHAY says so instead of guessing.

Yes — SAHAY AI needs an internet connection to answer your questions. The rest of JS1 (billing, stock, orders, accounts) works on your local network and does not need internet.

Sales & Stock mode answers questions about selling, stock levels, orders, returns, and purchases. Outstanding mode answers questions about dues, payment risk, and overdue parties. You switch between the two at the top of the SAHAY chat screen.

Features

Yes — JS1 is on both Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iPhone). Your team uses the mobile app for orders, stock checks, SAHAY AI, and daily intelligence. The full ERP runs on your office computer or server.

Yes — GST invoicing is built in. CGST, SGST, IGST all handled automatically based on the party's state. E-invoicing (IRN generation) and GSTR reports are also included.

Yes — agents get their own login on the JS1 mobile app. They take orders on the phone, orders sync to your ERP instantly, and the agent can check stock levels and their own sales figures right from the app. No WhatsApp order lists, no manual entry later.

Yes — the LR Tracker logs every dispatch with LR number, transporter, party, and date. You can see at a glance what is in transit, what is delivered, and what is overdue. Delivery confirmations and short-delivery claims are also tracked.

Yes — customers get a WhatsApp message the moment their goods are dispatched, with the LR number and tracking details. Outstanding statements can also be sent automatically. All of this happens without your team having to do it manually each time.
