We install JS1 Vault on the PC that holds your data, pick the databases and folders to protect, and set the evening time.

Your data is encrypted on your PC and kept in India. For folders, only the files that changed are sent.

Each copy is verified, and the evening email tells you it is safe, or tells you and us at once if something is wrong.

Files come back into a separate "Restored" folder. A database is restored by our technician beside your live data, never over it, so today's work is never wiped by mistake.

Pay for what you store

Starter: ₹250 a month for up to 10 GB. Standard: ₹500 a month includes 25 GB. Above that, the more you store, the less each GB costs: ₹5 per GB a month from 25 to 200 GB, ₹2.50 per GB from 200 to 1,000 GB, ₹1.50 per GB above 1,000 GB. No setup fee, your first month is free, and paid yearly you pay for 10 months and get 12. All prices are plus 18% GST.

All copies and versions count. A typical business database is 5–20 GB.

Frequently asked

In secure data centres in India. It never leaves India.

It is encrypted on your PC before it leaves, and stays encrypted in storage. Nobody browses your files; a JS1 technician touches a copy only when you ask for a restore.

Any folders and files, and SQL Server databases. It works with JS1 ERP and other business software. You need a Windows PC that holds your data, switched on at the evening backup time, with an internet connection.

Database copies are kept daily for a week, weekly for four weeks, and monthly for a year. For folders, earlier versions of changed files are kept too.

Files you bring back yourself from the JS1 Vault icon on your PC; they come into a new "Restored" folder, never over your current files. A database is restored by a JS1 technician beside your live data, at ₹1,500 a job.

You get reminders first. From day 15 after the due date, new backups stop. Your copies are deleted 90 days after you leave.
